Eastern Metal Framing seeks a motivated, dynamic professional to work as our Technical Services Manager.

In Short

Provide expert advice to customers and company sales personnel on our products
Maintain and update company technical information
Provide technical assistance to customers, resolving issues and offering solutions
Work with sales team to provide technical information and assist with proposals
Provide product training to the Sales Team
Coordinate engineering services and maintain relationships with engineering firms
Spearhead company activity in industry organizations
Participate in trade shows
Coordinate product testing for various standards
Participate in product development

Requirements

Strong understanding of company products and building practices
Comprehensive understanding of competitive products
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field, or relevant experience
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Extraordinary customer service skills
