Overview

The Technical Services Manager at JLL will act as a key point of contact for the Workplace team regarding technical services activities, ensuring operational excellence and delivery across various real estate projects.

In Short

  • Manage maintenance works including major refurbishment projects.
  • Oversee equipment contracts and vendor quality assurance.
  • Ensure engineering regulatory compliance across the building portfolio.
  • Provide 24/7 incident management support for corporate buildings.
  • Coordinate capacity and technical reporting for office and server spaces.
  • Develop innovation programs to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead lifecycle asset management and documentation management.
  • Support new office installations with accurate plans and designs.
  • Manage the technical services team across India.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of building services design and technical capabilities.
  • Experience with digital building systems and project management.
  • Certifications in sustainability (LEED, WELL) and project management (PMP).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable team player with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience managing incidents and service failures.
