Overview

The HVAC Commercial Technical Service Manager (TSM) is responsible for providing support for Heavy Applied products, including troubleshooting, warranty management, and customer satisfaction in both US and international markets.

In Short

• Provide technical support for Heavy Applied chillers.

Requirements

• High School/GED/Trade School with 5+ years of experience or an Associate Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with High and Low pressure Centrifugal and Screw Chillers.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
