Deepgram is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing, remote-first organization, partnering closely with leaders and employees to enhance employee relations, performance management, and scalable people practices.

In Short

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and decisions.
• Support performance management processes, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
• Help build and refine People processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of HR experience, with 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Deep experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
