Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer adoption and success with our voice AI technologies, combining technical expertise with commercial impact.

In Short

  • Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships across various personas.
  • Conduct regular visits with customers to drive adoption.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Focus on making Deepgram successful in the customer's environment.
  • Run live product demos and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram APIs and AI/ML technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and partner with Sales.
  • Develop structured customer success plans.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering.
  • Proven track record in blending customer engagement with technical expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos and technical workshops.
  • Strong technical aptitude to discuss APIs and developer workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and stewardship for customers.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models.
