In Short

• Guide and assist customers in integrating our APIs into their applications.
• Collaborate with the development team for smooth onboarding.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
• Analyze internal logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor API usage and performance.
• Create sample code snippets for customer integrations.
• Develop automation scripts for API testing.
• Conduct training sessions for customers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and automation scripts.
• Understanding of API concepts and RESTful architecture.
• Experience with API testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote work tools.
