Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Progress, you will help customers effectively use our solutions, ensuring their onboarding and growth journey is successful.

In Short

  • Track key customer adoption KPIs.
  • Own customer onboarding process post-sales.
  • Conduct webinars and build training content.
  • Engage with high touch customers for success.
  • Identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Recommend enhancements in systems and processes.
  • Identify expansion plays for product adoption.
  • Ensure customer adoption and retention.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS B2B or B2C products.
  • Highly passionate team player.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Practical knowledge of ShareFile, RightSignature, or Podio is a strong advantage.
