Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Cribl, you will be the primary post-sales advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve their use cases and business outcomes with Cribl's solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer advocacy role with an engineering-first approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with large enterprises in a high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Observability, IT Operations, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to drive product value through developing new use-cases.
  • Strong engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%-20%).
