In Short

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of DX Product–wide initiatives sponsored by Product leadership.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and enterprise partners.
• Define and run execution rhythms, including planning cadences and progress reporting.
• Leverage AI to reduce manual coordination and improve execution.
• Support the SVP, Product with structured insights and execution visibility.
• Ensure strategic initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.
• Maintain visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Proactively identify execution risks and drive resolution.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and complexity.
• High-ownership mindset with sound judgment and disciplined follow-through.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of Product, Engineering, and platform contexts.
• Proven ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.
• Solid grounding in Agile practices.
• Experience with AI initiatives or CloudOps is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence.
• High-ownership mindset and disciplined follow-through.
