Overview

As a Product Manager for Digital Experience Monitoring at Cloudflare, you will own user, application, and network performance monitoring for all Cloudflare Zero Trust deployments, shaping the product and ensuring an inclusive user experience.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in product management or software engineering.
• Experience in data science or data analysis.
• Exceptional empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support customers in all phases of deployment.
• Motivated to learn about networking.
• Experience with command-line tools and APIs is a plus.
• Understanding of API design and documentation.
• MBA with BS/MS in computer science is a bonus.
