Requirements

• 5+ years managing and scaling agile software engineering teams.
• 10+ years building large-scale web applications, ideally in SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams that deliver predictably.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Outstanding ability to partner across functions.
• Experience with product discovery and iterative improvement.
• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript/React, and backend APIs preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD and performance optimization.
• Understanding of security considerations in SaaS platforms.
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt to ambiguity.
