Curinos operates in a hybrid/remote model, and this position is fully remote in the United States or hybrid in the Greater New York, Boston or Chicago metropolitan areas.

In Short

• Lead a product engineering team responsible for developing and supporting a suite of products.
• Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders on the product roadmap.
• Oversee design decisions and produce necessary documentation.
• Manage grooming of user stories into implementable tasks.
• Model quality software development practices through hands-on development.
• Provide input into the product roadmap and advocate for technical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and Agile processes.
• Collaborate with peer Engineering Managers and Architects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing cloud-based SaaS products.
• 5+ years working with ETL pipelines; Databricks experience is a plus.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, Spark, and SQL.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Collaborative nature with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Commitment to quality and scalable product development.
