Overview

The Customer Success Manager role focuses on ensuring clients achieve success with the company's products and services, fostering long-term relationships, and driving contract renewals.

  • Utilize tools like Pendo, SFDC, and Jira for daily activities.
  • Drive client projects and act as a Project Manager when necessary.
  • Deliver monthly Executive Summaries to upper management.
  • Represent the business at trade events as needed.
  • Possibility of travel and weekend work.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant field with 3-5 years experience in financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SFDC.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
