Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding service to internal and external customers while helping to progress human progress through knowledge.

In Short

  • Ownership of customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns.
  • Review customer self-help portals and suggest improvements.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Assist with departmental goals and training as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer contacts.
  • Help on projects as determined by business needs.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Experience working to KPI’s/SLA’s.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce and SAP experience preferred.
