Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Vida Shoes International, you will be part of an international team dedicated to providing excellent customer service in the footwear industry.

In Short

• Work with order release and fulfillment systems in Shopify.
• Handle return processing through an integrated system.
• Respond to customer calls and emails regarding sales orders and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
• Communicate issues to brand management as needed.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in eCommerce required.
• Strong spoken and written English skills needed.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple interactions efficiently.
• Must work a 40-hour week on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and ticketing tools like Gorgias or Zendesk.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong computer skills and general knowledge of PC/Mac and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet provider and personal computer required.
• Backup power source such as a UPS is necessary.
