Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

Vida Shoes International is seeking a dynamic and friendly customer representative to join our international customer service team, with opportunities for growth.

In Short

• Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems.
• Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system.
• Service customer calls and emails regarding sales orders and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
• Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce.
• Courteous customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills with general PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour week on an eastern standard schedule.
• Must have a functioning internet provider and personal computer available.

Benefits

• Salary: $400 - $550 a month, based on experience.
