Clarity Partners is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Representative with a strong understanding of service center support processes. This role involves assisting customers primarily through phone and email regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Effective keyboarding skills (minimum 35 wpm).
• Good attendance and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
