Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success or account management.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for customer service.
