Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be a critical part of our growing Customer Experience team at Stay Ai, providing ongoing strategy and recommendations to customers as they implement and grow their subscription programs.

  • Ability to research, analyze, and provide solutions to issues.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video, and email.
  • Adaptable to change in a startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience within digital marketing and preferably the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration skills with other teams.
  • Ability to research and analyze issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity.
