In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage operational maintenance.
  • Help customers utilize our portfolio effectively.
  • Manage customer invoicing and revenue tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for successful deliveries.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of operations and processes.
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Work proactively with customers and address their operational needs.
  • Participate in a long-term implementation project for EHR systems.
  • Build long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within healthcare or the public sector.
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts and relationships.
  • Experience in contract management, SLAs, and revenue follow-up.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
