Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Livestorm, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding, retaining, and nurturing our Enterprise accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage a large portfolio of Enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience in the SaaS/tech industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with technical products or webinars is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for customer success.
  • Agility in adapting to fast-paced changes.
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
