Overview

As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Livestorm, you will steer the function and elevate how we deliver and scale technical services for our customers, focusing on CRM integrations, API-based workflows, and custom implementations.

• Lead the technical delivery of integration-based and custom solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant in pre-sales and post-sales conversations.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture partnerships with agencies and integration specialists.
• Equip customer-facing teams with relevant documentation and training.
• Manage and grow the Solutions Engineering team.
• Continuously refine how we scope, deliver, and scale custom solutions.
• Prototype or build solutions with AI builders.
• Coordinate with engineering on complex development needs.
• Build shared knowledge and best practices across the team.
• Drive initiatives to fill gaps in knowledge or tooling.

Requirements

• Strong technical acumen and experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Comfortable speaking the language of APIs and integrations.
• Strong savviness with AI-powered tools.
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing projects involving external vendors or partners.
• Fluency in both French and English.
