Accountant (Finance Operations & Automation) - Remote

Overview

This role is ideal for an accountant looking to grow into finance operations, automation, and modern finance tools. At Livestorm, the finance function is evolving. We are looking for someone who can ensure reliable accounting while helping simplify, automate, and scale our finance operations.

In Short

• Manage monthly and annual closing processes
• Record and review accounting entries
• Maintain deferred revenue schedules
• Manage accounting provisions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Prepare closing documentation and support annual audit
• Review and validate supplier invoices
• Monitor company cash position
• Prepare and review monthly VAT returns
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual accounting work

Requirements

• Strong accounting fundamentals (French GAAP required)
• Experience with monthly closing processes
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Curious and solution-oriented mindset
