Accounts Payable Accountant, Global Finance Operations - Remote

Overview

As an Accounts Payable Accountant in Global Finance Operations, you will support the APAC entities by providing invoice processing services, accounts review reconciliation, and verifying invoice postings.

In Short

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including processing and validating invoices.
• Verify and handle invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements against company records.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations at month-end.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Industry exposure in Shared Services or Global Business Services is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, especially Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
