Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Technical Architect to lead the enterprise architecture, design strategy, and platform governance for our ServiceNow ecosystem. This senior role is essential in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that deliver real business value across IT and operational domains.

In Short

• Lead and own architectural design of ServiceNow solutions.
• Define reusable solution frameworks and reference architectures.
• Drive modernization of legacy ServiceNow instances.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design roles.
• Strong understanding of the full ServiceNow product ecosystem.
• Experience modernizing legacy/custom-heavy ServiceNow environments.
• Experience leading technical delivery within Agile environments.
• Proficient in integration design and security architecture.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s AI and workflow intelligence features.
