Overview

The Technical Solutions Architect – ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services, acting as a liaison and ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME).

In Short

• Act as the SME for the Zones ServiceNow Practice.
• Assist in the development of ServiceNow products and solutions.
• Lead internal enablement initiatives across departments.
• Deliver compelling ServiceNow presentations and demos.
• Join sales on customer-facing discovery calls.
• Provide ServiceNow solution design and configuration.
• Expand Zones’ ServiceNow capabilities.
• Plan and execute training programs for technical sellers.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates.
• Lead evaluations and partner onboarding for ServiceNow technology.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to develop scalable solutions to ServiceNow challenges.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Team-oriented and highly collaborative mindset.
