The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and leading platform deployments for global organizations.

• 12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in multiple roles.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience as a platform owner for mid/large ServiceNow deployments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solution design and effort estimation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow versions and licensing models.
• Good communication skills with experience interacting with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing offshore teams remotely.
• Ability to drive discovery and design workshops with customers.
• Developer background with scripting capabilities.
• Strong domain expertise in ITSM, CSM, and SPM.

Requirements

• ServiceNow certified with one or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• CMA / CTA certification preferred.
