ServiceNow Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect for our Technology Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, for large client programs.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers on ServiceNow projects.
• Host workshops and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for complex professional services projects.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project scope and resolve issues.
• Draft and publish technical documentation.
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements.
• Research industry impacts and propose product enhancements.
• Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements.
• Provide engineers with architectural blueprints for implementations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years’ experience in application development.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Experience with ITSM/CSM/HRSD on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with documentation software.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow integration technologies.
• Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Fundamental understanding of different modules data model.
• Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource.
