The Service Delivery Director is responsible for ensuring delivery and operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth within their Area. This role involves developing and managing customer relationships to ensure successful execution of projects.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Professional Services or Consulting.
• 8-12 years in Program and Project Management.
• 5+ years in portfolio management and people management.
• Deep knowledge of consulting services and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate multifunctional teams.
• Financial knowledge and risk assessment skills.
• Preferred certifications: Agile, SCRUM, PMP, ServiceNow SPM.
