Overview

The Organizational Change Manager will drive change management activities, ensuring user readiness and managing resistance to change in various programs.

In Short

• Lead OCM project activities and create actionable deliverables.
• Support change efforts through stakeholder assessments and communication plans.
• Execute training plans and develop various deliverables for client delivery.
• Organize and improve OCM governance and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain OCM content repository and ensure document standards.
• Develop project performance measurement reporting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading OCM for enterprise customers.
• Certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, Prosci.
• 3-5 years experience in process and organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
