Overview

The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

In Short

  • Develop change management strategies based on situational awareness.
  • Create change management plans for communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Consult with senior leaders to support change.
  • Develop and deliver communications to engage partners.
  • Coordinate with HR to align training programs with change.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
  • Track and report on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Apply structured methodology to lead change management activities.
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5 years in leading service excellence and organizational change management.
  • Ability to design and implement IT governance frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement.
  • Resilient and adaptable in complex change scenarios.
