Overview

The Organizational Change Management Lead at CrowdStrike will support streamlined and sustainable organizational change management for enterprise programs, ensuring employee adoption and minimizing resistance.

• Support organizational change management work streams for enterprise level programs.
• Conduct change management activities including impact assessments and communication strategies.
• Meet with stakeholders to execute plans for business readiness.
• Provide mentoring and establish change advocacy within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ten years’ experience in IT organizational change management.
• Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence and move towards common goals.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity technology change initiatives.
• Bonus: Prosci or CCMP certification.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Asana and Google Docs.
