Overview

The Organizational Change Management Lead will support a utilities client in integrating people, processes, and technology during a critical transformation initiative.

• Experience in building relationships with senior leaders.
• Solid experience in managing complex transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to provide consultative expertise.
• Familiarity with large-scale technology implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
