Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Organizational Change Managers to join our team. The role will be based remotely for our customer who are in Regina and Winnipeg. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex, integrated IT projects and teams.
• Experience working in a highly integrated business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Prosci® Organizational Change Management Certification.
• Demonstrated supportive and participative leadership ability.
• Proven ability to provide support and training virtually.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
