Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Architect and design complex solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
Ensure quality and documentation of development efforts.
Conduct client demos and workshops as a technical expert.
Participate in pre-sales as a technical expert.
Resolve complex technical issues and influence stakeholders.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with web technologies and REST Web Services.
Knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Requirements

5+ years of large program experience in architecture and design.
5+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
3+ years with web technologies including API’s, CSS, XML, HTML.
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
3+ years in REST Web Services development.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Prior experience mentoring and leading teams.
ServiceNow certifications preferred.
