We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to bring innovative thinking, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to our ServiceNow practice.

In Short

• Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform that are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
• Lead the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with their IT landscape.
• Design and implement integration strategies for complex multi-system environments.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system blueprints, integration diagrams, and data models.
• Own the overall quality for delivery of each project.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate to enhance service offerings.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong client relationships, providing expert advice and strategic insights on leveraging ServiceNow to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or 3+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
• ServiceNow certifications as follows: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one other application area.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture, system integration, and designing scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale ServiceNow projects and technical teams.
