We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to bring innovative thinking, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to our ServiceNow practice.

In Short

Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform that are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
Lead the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with their IT landscape.
Design and implement integration strategies for complex multi-system environments.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system blueprints, integration diagrams, and data models.
Own the overall quality for delivery of each project.
Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate to enhance service offerings.
Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Foster strong client relationships, providing expert advice and strategic insights on leveraging ServiceNow to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or 3+ years of related work experience.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
ServiceNow certifications as follows: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one other application area.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
Strong experience with enterprise architecture, system integration, and designing scalable solutions.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale ServiceNow projects and technical teams.
