Overview

The Client Success Manager is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving customer issues effectively.

In Short

  • Provide technical support & assistance to customers remotely.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues at first contact.
  • Process quotes and orders accurately and timely.
  • Monitor open orders and expedite as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Generate reports for clients or sales management.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely depletion.
  • Meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assume account responsibilities in the absence of the Account Manager.
  • Facilitate returns and manage them to closure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRMs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
