Overview

The Client Success Manager will oversee a subset of SMB and mid-market clients as the primary relationship manager, providing strategic and tactical guidance while ensuring client engagement standards are met.

In Short

  • Expected travel to client sites approximately 10-15% of the time.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • 3+ years managing client relationships in an IT MSP environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks.
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a dynamic IT environment.
  • Familiarity with various IT technologies.
