Overview

As a Client Success Manager at SeatGeek, you’ll be an essential partner to our sports and entertainment clients—collaborating to unlock value, grow their business, and drive revenue for them and SeatGeek.

In Short

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning SeatGeek’s technology with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute opportunities across product adoption and commercial improvement.
  • Lead business reviews and deliver insights that support renewals and overall client success.
  • Leverage strong client relationships to generate advocacy through case studies and referrals.
  • Manage daily communication and resolve issues with a portfolio of clients.
  • Travel to client events as needed (up to 25-30%).
  • Analyze product usage and financial data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to support client and team-wide requirements.
  • Contribute to internal planning efforts including onboarding and scaling operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing role in a SaaS, tech, or entertainment setting.
  • Track record of driving client outcomes and improving business performance.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and financial aspects of companies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data analysis platforms like Looker and Google Suite.
  • Problem-solver with initiative and adaptability.
  • Collaborative mindset with a “one team” approach.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations regularly.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
