Overview

As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will own the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems, ensuring every 'Geek' feels valued and empowered.

In Short

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy.
  • Act as a key advisor to executives and lead Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Partner with Finance to build models for merit cycles and equity burn rates.
  • Ensure employees understand the value of their equity and benefits.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline HR operations.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team in compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Management Consulting.
  • 5+ years leading teams in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options).
  • Proficient in data visualization and financial modeling.
  • Able to pivot between high-level strategy and detailed operations.
  • Strong communication skills to drive change effectively.
