Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards and Operations.
• Proven success at the senior executive level.
• Extensive experience with Workday.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in global compensation and benefits strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Visionary leader comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
