Overview

As the leader of our Total Rewards program, you will own the evaluation, continuous improvement, and implementation of our compensation, payroll, mobility, and benefits programming globally.

In Short

  • Translate compensation and benefits philosophy into tactical execution plans
  • Partner with Finance for multi-year financial models
  • Build total rewards employee value proposition
  • Manage and develop a team of compensation and benefits experts
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruiting
  • Forecast and propose long-term compensation strategies
  • Iterate upon current compensation model with executive team
  • Develop annual calendar of core activities for Compensation Committee

Requirements

  • 10+ years in total rewards or management consulting
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven ability to innovate in rewards space
  • Extensive knowledge of research methods
  • Excel proficiency with data visualization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
