Requirements

  • 15+ years in total rewards, with 5 years in compensation and leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of executive compensation and benefits optimization.
  • Familiarity with transitioning from private to public company.
  • Track record of designing scalable total rewards strategies.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
