Overview

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture. This role ensures that the employee value proposition is competitive, fair, and attractive, promoting talent attraction, retention, and motivation within the company.

In Short

  • Lead the total rewards strategy including base salary, incentives, benefits, and recognition.
  • Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate and design compensation and benefits policies based on market analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Leadership teams for equitable compensation.
  • Supervise processes related to salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations.
  • Measure the impact of compensation programs on talent attraction.
  • Advise leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Drive communication initiatives on Total Rewards.
  • Manage benefits and wellness programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits roles.
  • Knowledge of salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Experience in negotiating with benefits providers.
  • Understanding of labor and tax regulations.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
  • Experience with compensation models for tech startups.
  • Certification in Total Rewards (e.g., CCP).
