The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture. Requirements

• Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits roles.
• Knowledge of salary structures and incentive plans.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Experience in negotiating with benefits providers.
• Understanding of labor and tax regulations.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
• Experience with compensation models for tech startups.
• Certification in Total Rewards (e.g., CCP).
