Overview

An experienced Total Rewards Manager is sought to enhance employee experience through strategic compensation and benefits initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications preferred (CCP, CEBS).
