Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits program design.
  • Familiarity with regional compensation compliance rules.
  • Experience in regional or global markets, especially in India, UK, or Europe.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivery and quality.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment is desirable.
