Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience in the Total Rewards field, allowing interns to work alongside senior staff and gain valuable skills.

In Short

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited program related to Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Competent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of taking direction from leadership.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and technology.
  • Experience with project management and data research.
  • Basic proficiency with technical writing and office automation.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
