Customer Service - Event Expert - Remote

Overview

As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll be the voice of SeatGeek to our customers, resolving customer issues through various communication channels while providing exceptional service.

In Short

• Provide specialized support for customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Work with metrics and consumer insights to improve service.
• Utilize tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, and Slack.
• Go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings.
• Handle escalated customer contacts as you gain expertise.

Requirements

• Passion for live events and empathy for customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Ability to use data for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
