Overview

As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll be the voice of SeatGeek to our customers. You’ll resolve customer issues through a high volume of customer contacts (phone, email, and chat) and stay in the know about SeatGeek’s latest features, our Enterprise clients, and SeatGeek ticketed events.

In Short

  • Provide specialized support for customers through email, chat, and phone.
  • Use metrics and consumer insight to enhance SeatGeek's services.
  • Work with tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google tools, and more.
  • Go above and beyond for customers.
  • Attend strategy meetings weekly.
  • Handle specialized and escalated customer contacts.

Requirements

  • Love for live events and empathy for customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and customer experiences.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
