Vice President, Strategic Finance - Remote

Overview

As Vice President, Strategic Finance you will be responsible for the company’s financial and operational success, reporting into the CFO. Your role oversees the financial business partnership function as well as our business operations team and is a key liaison between the CEO, the executive team and the rest of the organization.

In Short

• Oversee and manage The Company’s monthly forecasting, annual planning process, financial and operations analysis.
• Establish FP&A as a Center of Analytical Excellence.
• Create and monitor KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
• Manage capital allocation, cash flow forecasting, and lender deliverables.
• Develop and prepare annual budget, manage revenue, expense, headcount forecasting.
• Improve operating teams' understanding of financial statements.
• Successfully manage, develop, and motivate the organization.
• Build, manage, and lead the evolution of the org.
• Provide transformational and inspirational leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting and financial operations.
• In-house experience at scaled/matured businesses.
• Experience scaling and leading a team of management consultants.
• Experience working alongside strong product management teams.
• Experience improving workflows and implementing best practices.
• Infinite curiosity and focus on speed.
• Ability to influence leaders and hold them accountable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to make bets, fail and adapt.
